Project grant is invalid (PROJECT-ckUpbvboAH)

I can't figure out why I can't save on "Create Organization Grant" (Screenshot1).
Already searched everywhere I could think of including docs, #questions-help-bugs and LLMs.

For context:

I'm self-hosted "ZITADEL Admin" (Org Owner and every other Role Screenshot3) while trying this (tried with other users too - nothing works).
Using self created "Default" Project (Screenshot2).

I didn't find a solution or even a workaround for that :/ I'm just not using it but that's kind of really bad for future usage... I was hoping that there will be a fix anytime but somehow nobody else had this problem besides us (I even have this problem with a brand new instance so I consider this a Zitadel bug). Hope this gets acknowledged and fixed soon... Or maybe we are doing something wrong then it would be helpful to give a better and tested guide on how to do this because If I follow the current exact instructions, it doesn't work (as shown above).

I've last checked it a long while ago on v4.3.0 - I'll try to test this in the newest update and give you feedback (meanwhile @john you could check if this update works for you as well because maybe I can't provide feedback in a while I don't know when I can test this out - currently not actively working on my project)

hey @john @VantomLP I wrote a comment about roles assignment a few days ago that you can check it out and let me know if that helps, there's an action script too if you want to dive deep.
I am unsure because it could be a bug ON self hosted ONLY as it works on cloud as you can from Project grant is invalid (PROJECT-ckUpbvboAH). So I am trying to gather more evidences here
