SSetting Zitadel up probably wouldn't be an issue.
But you need to maintain it over time. Which simply takes time again and again. Otherwise even the best setup becomes bad and potentially insecure over the years.

Bwell, I guess you are right, so updating might be a thing that we will need in future also help with, but that is then the next step I assume, need to start somewhere. Or you got a better alternative for about 20.000 users and growing but with a limited budget? because 100+ USD + 100 USD for EU Server + extra usage on top is adding up a lot, so we need to then have the updates done, but at least have something set up because we need now a solution for that
