@Agustin I was facing this same issue while running with docker-compose on my local. Were you able to create a user locally?

The issue is not with console APIs. Users can be created from the console, but not with this API: https://my_domain/v2/users/human. The admin, auth, and management APIs that are not working with service account PAT with Org USer Manager membership.

I am using this image ghcr.io/zitadel/zitadel:stable (v2.54.8).

with the 2.54 it will not work, as the api v2 has been added with 2.58, so you will have to upgrade
