FHey, at the moment our primary rate limit infra can not deal with gRPC codes, so you will recieve the 429 
FNo the rate limit stuff is only in our cloud... the OSS binary does not have it ATM
FLets say ideas are there, but no ETA yet
FTo share some more context, we are discussing how we can allow our customers to self-define rate limits for different resources.
FYeah its two things:
1) Primary rate limits for infra protection
2) Seconday rate limits for resource protection (or usage)

FThe self-hosting version does neither as it relies on external infra of doing that work
