https://github.com/zitadel/zitadel/pull/5309 should fix the issue.. and will be deployed soon if merged.
You can upload your font yourself on the domain ${instancedomain}/assets/v1/instance/policy/label/font${instancedomain}/assets/v1/instance/policy/label/font make sure to use
