Shi @MarkS, just to be sure, you mean if the text displayed in your Authy app should contain your organisation name as well?
SIf I see it correctly it is the username not the email specifically, which can be an email, otherwise it also contains the organisation with username@organisation.zitadel.cloud
SHm not really sure what would be better, maybe @fabienne has some insight about how this text came to be?
FWe did not use the email for this because it doesn't have to be unique. The username is always unique so you can differ your accounts

FAt the moment this is coming from a configuration of the whole system
FIt would probably make sense to user the primary domain or the instance name
FIf you are using the self hosted ZITADEL you can already change it for your instance. Its in the defaults.yaml in the system defauls, multifactors

At the moment we always use the default configuration of the system for naming the OTP. In ZITADEL cloud this is always ZITADEL. We should change it so it is something we have from the instance. e....
