Verify 2-Factor Could not get context of the user

Hi we have zitadel running self-hosted with the version v4.17.3. we experienced issues with users 2-Factor at normal login at version 4.17.1 and upgraded to version 4.17.3 but the problem still exists.
the following is happening for example:
1. login into zitdel: http://subdomain.domain.com:8085/ui/console (v2 login active and we also use ports in url):
2. give password and click continue
3. dialog with warning "Could not get the context of the user. Make sure to enter the username first or provide a loginName as searchParam."
is this a general problem? https is not enabled maybe a problem? I added 3 photos that show what exactly happends step by step. thanks in advanced.
