Hi, we're currently hitting the ZITADEL rate limit (429 / rate_limited errors) on our production auth flow, causing 502s for end users on our /auth/start endpoint. Our backend acts as a server-side intermediary for many end users, so calls to your API come from a shared IP rather than individual user IPs, this is causing us to hit the ~50 req/sec per-IP limit even though our actual user traffic is moderate (~10 concurrent users/sec). How to solve?
