No Confirmation E-Mail received

Dear all,
I am currently trying to sign up for Zitadel but I do not receive a confirmation E-Mail. I already opened a Ticket but it has been closed again: 432975371458
I already checked my spam folder as well as my firewall logs and there are no records of a confirmation E-Mail.
Could you please help me?
