Login V2 registration — AddHumanUser (deprecated) vs CreateUser

We're on Zitadel v4 with the new Login V2. We noticed that self-registration through Login V2 internally calls AddHumanUser, which is marked deprecated in favor of CreateUser. Is there a plan (and rough timeline) to switch Login V2's registration to CreateUser? Thanks!
