Unable to update project grant

Hello, I'm trying to understand what could have happened with a ZITADEL instance. Basically, I'm unable to update a project grant - nor via UI nor via Terraform provider.

ZITADEL version is 4.11.0, happy to provide other details as well.
request to the
zitadel.management.v1.ManagementService/UpdateProjectGrantzitadel.management.v1.ManagementService/UpdateProjectGrant times out after 60 seconds with code = Internal desc = stream terminated by RST_STREAM with error code: INTERNAL_ERRORcode = Internal desc = stream terminated by RST_STREAM with error code: INTERNAL_ERROR. Other API work fine as far as I can tell. To me it looks like a some kind of a deadlock, but I can't figure out where to look for the life of me.ZITADEL version is 4.11.0, happy to provide other details as well.
