Seeking Consulting for Zitadel; greenfield app + eventual 500K MAU Migration

We’re looking for immediate short-term consulting from ZITADEL staff, an official services partner, or a verifiable ZITADEL expert to advise on a significant implementation. Not sure what options exist so posting it here in hopes the Zitadel team can help directly and if not then we're definitely open to freelancers.
We currently serve roughly 450k-500k MAU across two applications using Keycloak in the Video OTT / Audio app space. We’re building a third platform as well; the third platform is what we need help with, but built in a way that will support the eventual migration of the other two platforms.
Key areas where we need guidance:
* Identity architecture for a B2B, B2C, and B2B2C business model; our model is similar to Headspace for reference
* Supporting two or three distinct platforms in one ZITADEL instance while enabling users to share one account across platforms
* Architecture across web, iOS, Android, and potentially TV applications
* Best practices for storing user profile data: application-owned profile tables versus ZITADEL metadata or other ZITADEL-managed data
* Applying zero-trust principles at runtime and at scale, rather than relying solely on JWT claims for the token’s full lifetime
This list is not exhaustive. We’re looking for someone who can help consult on the broader architecture, identify risks, and help us establish a sound implementation approach.
The initial scope is likely ~10 hours of consulting to advise me (the app architect). Looking for support as soon as possible. Likely will need more support once we get to the migration.
Our current plan is to start with Zitadel cloud pro for the greenfield app which is an MVP and will have limited users, then probably switch to Enterprise or self hosted in early 2027 once we think through the migrations.
