Hello Team,
I am facing an issue with user creation and role assignment in Zitadel Cloud.
When a user logs in using Microsoft, everything works as expected. However, when a new user is created directly in Zitadel Cloud, the role is not assigned dynamically.
I have configured a script to trigger the role assignment, but it does not seem to be running. As a result, the user is unable to log in and receives the following error:
"Unknown error occurred."
I am currently using the V2 endpoint.
If I use the V1 endpoint, user creation fails with the error:
"First name is required."
I have also attached a screenshot for your reference.
Could you please help investigate why the script is not being triggered with the V2 endpoint and why the V1 endpoint requires the first name?
