Not able to create an App from landing page

The create button is disabled while trying to create an app from the landing page. Whatever framework I select, the wizard shows null, and the button is disabled.
To reproduce
1. Click on the Create Application button on the console landing
2. Select the project and framework
3. The app creation wizard will show null as the framework name, and the create button is disabled
