Redirect loop on admin console

I upgraded ZITADEL from v4.14.0 to v4.15.3. When logging in to the console as admin user (keyless) I am getting redirect loop between oauth/v2/authorize and login UI callbacks.
Cleaning caches, cookies etc. does not help. It will allow me to attempt login again, but after login I am back in the redirect loop.
HAR file is available from me, if needed.
