Can my account not be conneted to multiple tenants?

❓Question✅Solved

I set up a free tenant just to play around and learn the tools. Now the customer needs to add me to the pro tenant, but they are met with an error that says my account already exists?
Can i now be admin on a free tenant AND a pro tenant at the same time?
