Conflicts on B2B users

We are designing a B2B2B SaaS platform using a single ZITADEL instance. In our model, Tier-2 customers also develop B2B SaaS to Tier-3 end-customers.
We run into a conflict when two competing Tier-2 companies (Company B and Company C) both sell to the exact same Tier-3 end-customer (Company D). If we isolate them into separate ZITADEL Organizations, we break automatic email domain discovery (@companyd.com).
I think there is no way for D to verify the same base domain.
How to solve this elegantly or this is the limitation?
