Zitadel v4.15.1 with Postgres v18, Traefik and Docker

I am trying to setup a complete new config with the latest Zitadel, latest v18 Postgres, latest Traefik and the UI v2.
Everything seems to have been initiated correctly but I can't figure out how and with which user to log into the management console after the first init. Perhaps the "with which user" will be obsolete once I figured out how to get to the management console login.
I tried to call https://external-url/ui/console or https://external-url/ui/console/ but I always get redirected to the default login page. There I can create a normal user and login with it but it doesn't except any kind of default zitadel-admin or admin username via ENV variables.
I tried it with AI help, searched for any issues on Github but until now with no avail.
Any pointers in the right directions would be very much appreciated.
