Configuration management between Dev, Test and Prd instances

How are configurations (policies, roles, MFA settings, branding, etc) moved from one instance to another?
When first setting up Zitadel, you start with Dev. But when new instances, like Test and Prd are also needed I would want to export/sync the settings to the new instance. Also when already in production changes also have to be promoted to the higher environments.
How are both scenrio's achieved?
