no UI after login

I went through all (I hope) docs and post and I still cannot get zitadel to work in self-hosted docker environment. I'm using custom domain (auth.domain.com) behind traefik w/ ssl. I can login and change the password - I'm using following environment variables for the bootstrap user:
ZITADEL_FIRSTINSTANCE_ORG_HUMAN_USERNAME: human@domain.com
ZITADEL_FIRSTINSTANCE_ORG_HUMAN_PASSWORD: Password1!
After changing password I'm presented with Welcome... you are signed in. No management ui of any kind. What am I'm missing?
