Need working Docker Compose to Coolify (Official guide config failing)

I'm trying to set up a self-hosted instance of Coolify using Docker Compose, but the configuration provided on the official website isn't working for me. I keep getting errors when trying to spin up the containers.
Could anyone share a known working, production-ready docker-compose.yml template for Coolify?
