Always Redirect to OAuth IDP - not local admin login possible

Hello!
Today I realized, that our Zitadel Instance (outdated, Helm Chart version 8.13.4) is misbehaving in a serious way: we are no longer able to log in with our admin account.
The instance admin account uses the local authentication flow with username and password, but our instance is always using the auth-flow from our main organisation, which redirects to Google oauth.
I'm no loger able to enter the instance admin credentials
I also tried to trick the system by visiting following URL path:
What did we break? Is there a way out?

/ui/login/loginname?loginName=root@<instance.domain>/ui/login/loginname?loginName=root@<instance.domain> which should bring me to the instance auth screen. But I only see "Entrer your login data." without any form for the credentials.What did we break? Is there a way out?
