Configure callback URIs for external identity providers

Hello,
I have a self-hosted version of Zitadel and am experiencing issues integrating with external identity providers when deployed for a no-dns system.
As we are aware, there are configuration URLs for SAML and OIDC.
However, when using an OIDC configuration from Google, it is not possible to configure it for no-dns systems, as shown in the photo.
My question is whether we can there is a configuration setting to adjust the host value of these IdP URLs so we can get around this no-dns issue?
(Somewhat separately but not a bug: I'm also curious how we can fetch these URLs via an API as well using the Zitadel GO-SDK.)
