"require email verification before login" on Zitadel 4

Hi all. A question: is something like "require email verification before login" working on Zitadel 4.12.1 / 4.13.1?
I have deployed it on my EC2 servers and connected with external idp and a web portal. Registering seems not to send a validation mail. Moreover the user is already logged in with no registered mail. This is unconvenient. I fixed the verification with an action but the session is a little bit harder. It seems from archived content that this feature was present on Zitadel <4. Is this true?
