Best way to map one user to multiple orgs with different roles?

Hey everyone, working on setting up Zitadel right now and could use some advice on the multi-tenancy side of things.
Does anyone know of a good guide or example on the best way to map a single user across multiple orgs? Basically, I need a setup where a user can be an Admin in Org A, but maybe just a Viewer in Org B.
I'm trying to figure out the cleanest way to structure the project grants, user grants, and roles for this so it doesn't become a mess to manage later. If anyone has some docs or examples they can point me to, I'd really appreciate it!
