Is there documentation on all the available Events I can listen to for Actions?

I found the examples for the Actions V2 and I was able to derive the Action to assign a default role to new users. I was wondering where to find all the available events that we can use for actions. We also need to listen to role updates, changes and removals. Since those are available as API calls, I guess I can also create an Action, but I don't find a directory of all events anywhere in the documentation. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks
