Domain Discovery of username with Email that matches another Orgs Domain fails

So I have two Organisations:
Now I do have a user with the username
I expect myself to be able to log in with the Username:
This works.
But when my user uses an e-mail-address which includes the Domain-Name of
So in the setup described above, I will not be able to log in with an Account set up like this:
Username:
Login-Name:
E-Mail:
I get that there could be problems when using the E-Mail to log in.
But the system should not restrict me when trying to log in with my preferred login-name, right?
If this is the intended behavior:
Can I work around this issue somehow?
