I can't find out why I can't save on "Create Organization Grant"
Already searched everywhere I could think of including docs, questions-help , some AI agents and get same result
For context:
I'm self-hosted version 4. 2.0 "ZITADEL Admin" (with all privileges i can ) while trying this (tried with other users too - nothing works).
Using self created "Default" Project.
