Infinite Loop in Cloud Instance Setup

Hi, we changed over development to Zitadel a few weeks ago, and would like to now buy a European hosted instance. However, the platform has a bug with an infinite loop and does not allow me to purchase it. Of course I responded to all emails from Zitadel about checking my onboarding experience, but still have not received a response, and we have to deploy next week. I am happy to pay so that I can address this with professional support, but it's a Catch 22 situation, given that I cannot find a way to pay for it.
