Locked out of Zitadel - Please help

I locked myself out because of login redirections and a misconfiguration in the Zitadel Console. So now my login portal doesn't work (because of that misconfiguration) and I can't log into the Zitadel Console because I get redirected to my portal...
Anyone knows another solution than creating a whole new instance?
