Cannot make the self-hosted with docker-compose work

Hey there, the "getting stared" guide for self hosting zitadel with docker compose dosent work as expected.
I followed the docs here: https://zitadel.com/docs/self-hosting/deploy/compose
It seems to break here:
I noticed it is kind of a known issue, I looked into the different issues on github but I could not manage to make it work (and I feel it should be working as is?).
Any help appreciated!
