"User Agent stimmt nicht überein" / "User Agent does not correspond"

We have a user that gets this error message. We found a troubleshooting article here: https://zitadel.com/docs/support/troubleshooting#user-agent-does-not-correspond
However, the settings that should be changed according to this article don't seem to exist anymore in the newest iOS. So we don't have any idea how to troubleshoot - haven't had this problem ever before in the last 3 years with hundreds of users on the app. Can you help us troubleshoot further? As it's an employee of one of our B2B customers we don't have direct access to the device so a tutorial for them to resolve the problem would be ideal.
