Multifactor names disappeared since migrating to Zitadel 3.4.6

I recently migrated from Zitadel 2.x series to 3.4.6. However, I've noticed a weird bug: all of my multifactor authentication names and types have disappeared, at least from the UI (but at least MFA itself works). See the screenshot.

Possibly related: My devtools console shows these two errors:

Content-Security-Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource (media-src) at data: because it violates the following directive: “media-src 'none'”
