Activated "Disable Phone Login" breaks login

Hello, I am using the cloud version of Zitadel as a potential IAM solution for my production app. While testing some of the functions in the Zitadel Console, I noticed something very strange, which I suspect is a bug:
If the "Disable Phone Login" option for a given workspace is activated, users get a "Failed to authenticate." error when logging in with username and password. New users can sign up and change their initial password, however, logging in is not possible.
The error disappears once Disable Phone Login is deactivated.
The rest of my login form configuration is attached as a screenshot.
