Auto redirect to external IdP not working

Hi. We have two organizations configured. At the top level (the default settings) we have configured two external IdPs. The 1st org is using both IdPs. The 2nd org is only using one of the IdPs. I have an app that is including urn
iam:org:id<2nd Org ID> in it's auth request. The Zitadel login page for that 2nd org is being displayed instead of being redirected to the IdP. Also, the username field is still being displayed even though the settings have been configured to not allow Username and Password but allow External Login. I've attached a screen shot of the Login Form settings. What might I be missing?
