Change iss/have dynamic iss claim

Hi, I'd like to know if its possible to dynamically alter the ISS claim/how can I change the ISS claim in general?
My use-case is having a proxy in front of zitadel that poses as an OIDC-provider, proxying requests to the zitadel. I do not want to expose the zitadel host to minimize the possible attack surface, since there's no good way to properly limit network requests to the instance
