Login V2 OIDC flow not working.

On latest zitadel release I seem to be experiencing this issue again > https://github.com/zitadel/zitadel/issues/9311 . When I do the call to authorize endpoint without login V2 it works perfectly fine (I get the code response back), with login v2 I get 500 "Auth Request does not exist (QUERY-Thee9)". What is causing this?
