Could not verify certificate

Zitadel is rejecting the attached certificate. Getting the following error "<StatusMessage>failed to verify signature: Could not verify certificate against trusted certs</StatusMessage>". The certificate belongs to a 3rd party app that I have connected to Zitadel using SAML. Any ideas as to why this cert is being denied?
