Application disappeared from Zitadel UI. AuthN stopped, unable to recreate apps

Use-case: Self-hosted version in testing use for development of SaaS platform in startup.
Version: v2.62.1
Stack: Zitadel as IDP for our OIDC RBAC clients/applications.
docker-based deployment with PostgreSQL DB, running on ubuntu bare metal hostthe
What you expected to happen: admin access to application setting in organization project.
What went wrong: I created new application. After submitting Create I lost visibility to all all applications including the one that I created.
Unable to see any application in the Project in Zitadel UI.
Unable to recreate the app. Zitadel claims that application with identical name already exist. Which is technically correct but...
application are visible over APIan
all AuthN and AuthZ is stopped.
Attachments: no error codes provided, 401 on access to userinfo or get token
Event log is clear, nothing was deleted, onlu logs about app, user, token, creations.

Any idea what might cause such event?
Would i risk continue using the same DB?

i did more digging

The hwg-internalhub app was created with a malformed redirect URI (trailing comma:
https://ih.hwg.nlk.app/callback,). This caused the OIDC config projection to fail,
leaving the app in an incomplete state.

When the UI tries to list apps, it likely hits this corrupted record and
fails/panics, causing all apps to be invisible.

Summary: Root Cause

New app hwg-internalhub created at 17:05 UTC
Redirect URI had trailing comma inside the string: callback,
OIDC config projection failed - app exists but without OIDC config
Subsequent queries hitting this incomplete record cause panics
All apps become invisible in UI

Hey @Jan-Neurologik.io thanks for your question and detailed investigation :))
I'm not sure if you know but v2.6.1 is a very old version of Zitadel.
Maybe please try upgrading and see if this gets fixed?.
