Zitadel Cloud: Unable to access to Customer Portal
Hi all,
I'm trying to administer my account, and I'm unable to access the Customer Portal from the instance. Even though I am successfully logged in to my instance and able to operate from there, I am unable to log in to the Customer Portal. Just trying to enter my user ID (what I assume is being asked for in loginnname) I am receiving a "user not found in system" response.
Anyone else seeing this?

we have the same issue today with two different users using a login with e-mail-address. Also the error "User not found in the system".
I wrote to Zitadel support - no answer yet.

Following yesterday's update that moved our portal login from zitadel.cloud to zitadel.com, we are aware that some users are experiencing trouble signing in.

I am able to login. I am able to go to my instance, but when I log in to the specific instance I cannot see a list of projects.
It takes me directly to the Users page.
It didn't resolve the problem for me. My firend who is a portal admin cannot access Zitadel. Either "User not found" or "Token expired" errors appear 🙁
@dontpanicv Our change does not affect the login to your specific instances. Could you create an issue in our zitadel repository https://github.com/zitadel/zitadel if you consider this to be a bug? Thank you 🙂

@bkolasa Could you help us by providing the url of the errors appearing? We have rolled out an update for a bug that affected users having multiple MFA methods. If that was the case, a refresh should resolve the issue. Thank you!
