Thanks for reaching out and sharing a bit about your use case! I'll loop in one of our engineers to help give you some insight around organization owners and service accounts. @Rajat
What would also be really helpful is if you could share a bit more context about your project too so that we're able to provide more tailored support!
Are you migrating from another identity platform like Keycloak? I see that you've mentioned realms!
How were you previously managing service accounts and permissions?
And in addition to what you've mentioned above, are there any other points of friction you're looking to address in your evaluation?
Since you're evaluating - If it helps, we do have a more hands-on proof of concept process for teams - happy to explore that with you if it becomes relevant down the line. But for now, let's focus on getting your current question answered. Let me know if there's anything else I can do in the meantime!
Hey there! Thanks for the nudge - This level of context was highly appreciated. Let me loop back in our engineer and he will get back to you as soon as possible.
hi @empe good day!. to answer your quesion *Is there a specific role, a process or a permission level that will allow organization owners to create their won service accounts, bound to their own orgs, manageable only by themselves? * You can achieve this by granting ORG_OWNER permission to the admin who can manage the creation/deletion. You can read about it here https://zitadel.com/docs/guides/manage/console/managers
Looks like you just helped out another community member! Thanks for being so helpful @403882453653127168! You're now one step closer to leveling up—keep up the amazing peer support!
