hi @Sam can you please share your org settingsorg settings and default settingsdefault settings?. Click Login Behavior and SecurityLogin Behavior and Security and scroll down to check settings under Login FormLogin Form if External Login allowedExternal Login allowed or no. Also if Domain Discovery allowedDomain Discovery allowed is checked or not too. Do this for BOTH the settings(at instance and at org)
