Add "confirm dialog to regenerate client secret"

General better UX idea. Adding a "Confirm" dialog when clicking "regenerate client secret" in Project / Apps.
i accidentally pressed the menu item instead of "Rename", and instantly the secret got invalidated and generated a new one
Luckly, i only needed to change on one place, but it could go worse.
