RHi @hdkt thanks for your uestion, it could be the fact that it was an error from lxc environment as the error when I read them does not seem to be coming from zitadel, I can look further more but then I'd to have a steps to reproduce, but I am also using a mac so I am not sure if I'd be able to reproduce the same erorr that you had on lxc

SThe error message tells what's the problem. It's trying to create a database entry which violates a unique constraint. More specifically it is the instance domain ("localhost") which already exists.
