SSO on Stripe with SAML 2.0 via Zitadel

- Environment Self-hosted Zitadel
- Version: v2.69.3
- Stack: Zitadel, Stripe and SAML 2.0. I otherwise use OIDC via Zitadel on multiple applications successfully.
- Context: Looking at Stripe's documentation for "other" IdPs (https://docs.stripe.com/get-started/account/sso/other), and since SAML options in Zitadel upon app setup are minimal, it seems the XML configuration has to set up manually. Being unfamiliar with SAML, this is a bit confusing.
- Question: Is there any way to make this process simpler? Either by adding options to Zitadel to make something similar to Okta/Auth0, or by documenting it?
