How do I export MFA connections and private keys from one instance to another?

Ffrom what i know our export endpoint does not include that. but @adlerhurst can maybe help you here

Ado you plan to launch this instance under the same domain or subdomain? if not the users won't be able to use mfa and keys
Ano export does not wokrk for passkeys. what could work is the mirror command: https://zitadel.com/docs/self-hosting/manage/cli/mirror i assume you are selfhosting zitadel right?
The mirror command allows you to do database to database migrations. This functionality is useful to copy data from one database to another.
