SI just had a look at the OneLogin example here https://docs.databricks.com/en/admin/account-settings-e2/single-sign-on/one-login.html#enable-onelogin-sso-using-saml and there is a list of information you have from databricks:
which would result in the certificate, entityID( eg. metadataURL) and ACS which you would need to provide to Zitadel in my mind. Did you try it with this values?
