Fwe take the number of daily active users per day, and sum them up over a month.
FLet me make an example. If you have 1 user who authenticates each day per month (30 days), this would sum up to 30 daily active users
Fif you have 5 users each of them authenticates one time per week (4 weeks) this would end up on 25 daily active users
Fno each user only counts once a day. do you have multiple instances?
Fok. so in the customer portal the usage tab shows the counts over all instances. on the instance detail you can see it for one instance
