Automatically unlock user after a configurable period of time

There are like 10 discord topic about "locked admin account".
The feature to lock user after X bad password is really nice.
However, a basic, is to unlock it automatically after a period of time.
You cannot ask your admin to unlock users when you have lot of users.
Current workaround : create his own crontask that will check locked users, and unlock them after a while with the API
