Email links not using configured external domain
Hi All,
I have just realised that the links used in the emails sent via zitadel are not using the configured ZITADEL_EXTERNALDOMAIN env var.
We selfhost zitadel on an ec2 via docker compose and behind an nginx reverse proxy. The links in the email are using the docker address, not the external domain.
I.e. the "verify email" link is https://zitadel:8080/ui/login/mail/verification?...
when it should be:
https://EXTERNALDOMAIN/ui/login/mail/verification?...
The same issue is happening for the uploaded logos. They are using zitadel:8080 instead of the externaldomain.
Is there a quick fix for this? I did a search on this discord and there's something about setting the primary domain for an instance with some deprecated api endpoints to hit. Is there a way to check / set those domains in the console?
